Family Pictures

Just before Scott deployed last year, we had some pictures taken at Target. Although they served their purpose (getting us all 3 in a photo), they left a lot to be desired. We all wore white shirts, really because we didn't have anything else that matched, and the background was black. Yep, just black. They looked nice enough, but of course Josh outshined us all in his pictures with those 10-month old chubby cheeks and drool. :)


We have since upgraded tremendously! After finding Ashley Bugg our family photos are nothing short of amazing. After seeing some of her work in the church hallways, I went to her website and almost cried. Her photos are so beautiful and I knew immediately that I wanted the same for my family. We first had her come out in December when my sister and her family were here to visit. Unfortunately, Scott didn't make it home (from Afghanistan) until 5 days later and everyone else was back in NC. So, he wasn't in the pictures. Still, they turned out great.


I knew we'd ask Ashley to do another session with us when Scott returned. So we finally got around to it a few weeks ago, and the results? . . . awesome! :) Here are a few of my favorites.
